Delete your account

How to delete your account in the app Medborgarskapsprov – Älgen, by the developer Joakim Wallmark.

In the app

Open the app and tap the person icon in the top right, Konto och inställningar (Account and settings).
Tap Radera konto (Delete account) under Konto.
Confirm with Radera (Delete).

The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@jwdev.se from the email address you use in the app and say that you want your account deleted. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, name and your Apple, Google or email sign-ins.
Connections to ChatGPT or Claude.
What you wrote in error reports.

What is kept without any link to you

Your answers and results, under a new random id with no name or email. They are used to calculate how difficult the questions are.
Purchase records: which product and when.

Backups containing your data are deleted within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
